2026/27: New Encounters, Happy Returns
A new season of exciting debuts, much-awaited returns and inspiring collaborations takes Kristiina Poska across Europe and North America. From symphonic repertoire and new music to the opera stage, 2026/27 brings encounters with new orchestras alongside reunions with longstanding musical partners. Festival appearances, major debuts and continuing artistic collaborations shape a season full of discovery — while several projects developed over recent years also reach an exciting new chapter.
From Finland to France: Summer 2026
The summer season arrived! Kristiina travels across Finland, Estonia, France and the Baltic States for a season filled with festivals, special celebrations and international collaborations. Highlights include performances at the Naantali Music Festival, the Haapsalu Festival and the Festival de La Roque d’Anthéron, as well as concerts celebrating the 100th anniversary of her hometown, Türi. The summer concludes with a Baltic tour alongside the Orchestre Français des Jeunes.
Mendelssohn’s ‘scottish’ with ‘sweep and charm’
Kristiina looks back at her successful debut with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, a performance that captivated both audience and critics alike.
